VOTING FOR THE 2010-2012 TMEA PRESIDENT-ELECT
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

SUBMIT YOUR VOTE
All voting will be during the 2010 State Music Conference in Nashville, April 14-17. You must be present at the conference in order to vote. (Members who are unable to attend the conference see #6 below.)
VOTING PROCESS
Your ballot will be provided at the conference when you register or pick up your pre-registration materials. Your marked ballot can be placed in the locked ballot box near the registration area during conference hours.
DEADLINE
The ballot box will be removed at the end of the day April 16th, the last day of the conference. No ballots will be counted after that time.
BALLOT COUNTING
Ballots will be counted by two individuals selected by the Council of Past Presidents. Results will be provided to the TMEA President and reported to the membership in the May issue of

FOR MEMBERS UNABLE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE
If you are unable to attend the conference, you may vote on line from April 14th until the end of the day April 16th.
