TMEA Reimbursal Form

Use this REIMBURSAL FORM to turn in requests for reimbursement for personal expenses in connection with All-State activities. All expenditures must be approved by the TMEA Executive Secretary-Treasurer to be eligible for reimbursement and IRS-suitable documentation of expense (i.e., receipts, mileage statements, etc.) may be required.
