MTVA Registration

Welcome to the MTVA Registration System. Please note that if you have not updated your information for this year, you will need to start with the Director Registration module. Please note that some registrations will require a sign-in with username and password selected during Director Registration.

• Register Students for Middle School Mass Choir - Registration is closed
• Register Students for Elementary School Honor Choir - Registration is closed

• Register Students for Elementary School Mass Choir - Registration is closed
• Register Students for Elementary/Middle School Festival - Registration is closed

PLEASE NOTE:

After completing Director Registration you will NOT be able to sign in to the student registration pages instantly. Your username and password have to be encrypted and manually added to the approved users list. Depending on the day, it could take as long as 24 hours before you will have access to the student registration pages. It will be helpful if you will email the TMEA webmaster to notify him that you have completed Director registration.

DO NOT REGISTER YOURSELF AS A DIRECTOR TWICE UNLESS YOU ARE INSTRUCTED TO DO SO BY TERRY SANFORD OR AN MTVA OFFICER. Duplicate entries create conflicts in the database and can cause a crash.
